Early Life
Stunna 4 Vegas was born Khalick Antonio Caldwell on the 1st of January 1996, in Salisbury, North Carolina, United States. He grew up in Westside Salisbury, North Carolina, without a father figure and didn’t have any siblings. He developed his interest in music at a young age and some of his early musical influences were 2 Chainz, Gucci, Wayne, Fat Trel, and T.I.
While studying in high school, he was a big fan of Tyga, Big Sean, Wiz Khalifa, and J. Cole. Stunan attended West Rowan high school, and while there he participated in the basketball and football teams. Career
In 2017, Stunna 4 Vegas began to drop mixtapes including, Stunna Season and 4 Way or No Way, and he built his catalog with his local buzz. At that time he was doing concerts for between $250 to $300, while he continued to work on his craft. The turning point of his career was when he met a fellow North Carolina rapper DaBaby. The baby had been building buzz locally and was well known within North Carolina.
The two created the song titled Animal, which was released on DaBaby’s channel in September 2018. That single quickly went viral and amassed over 50 million views on YouTube. Shortly after “Animal” Stunna got an opportunity to sign a record deal with DaBaby’s Billion Dollar Baby Entertainment.
