What can daily activities earn you in Genshin Impact?
Genshin Impact Primogems, ore, level-up materials, mora, artifacts, etc. – all of these necessary items for progress are available through certain daily activities.
Some of them are more important than others, and depending on where you are on your journey, or rather – which Adventurer Rank you’re at, some of them might be more important than others. This will change along your travels from AR 1 all the way to AR55 and above, so let’s start with the most obvious ones – Daily Commissions and Daily Expeditions.
Genshin Daily Commissions and Expeditions
First things first – always do your Daily Commissions. These will provide a lot of Genshin Impact Primogems (60 Per day), a lot of Mora, and some experience and other materials, and they usually take around 5-10 minutes to do each day. 60 Genshin Primogems doesn’t seem like much, but there will be times when you feel burned out from Genshin and won’t want to play it, but we always come back to it – don’t we? Well, at those times when you come back after a long break, you’ll wish you did Daily Commissions every day on your break. After all, it’s quick and easy to do, and the Genshin Impact Primogems really add up.
Secondly, and even easier than the commissions themselves – are the daily expeditions. These have been made even more convenient with recent updates as Hoyoverse added the ability to “Claim All” and then “Repeat All” expeditions with the press of a button. It’s really that easy, but again – doing them daily can add up. As for where to send your characters on expeditions, aim for either Ore/Crystal Chunks or Mora. We think you should focus on Ore and Crystal Chunks since you will need a LOT for Weapon Level Ups.
Daily Resin Spend
If you want the most optimal experience, you NEVER want your Resin to be at 160/160. Always try to spend it all if you have enough time, and again – spending it quickly isn’t really an issue, similar to Daily Commissions.
There are a few things you can do with your Daily Resin:
- Spend on Artifact Runs – This won’t be a priority until you unlock the highest World Level
- Spend on Weapon/Character Ascension Domains – You should do this as you go along, but when you’re early in the game – try to focus on a couple of good characters that will carry you to the end-game and can have viability even then – like Xiangling and Xingqiu
- Spend on Ley-Line Outcrops – You can use Resin for Ley-Line outcrops for Mora and Experience materials. Both of these things can be obtained by just playing the game and exploring, but if you’re not actively playing the game and opening every chest you come across, you might need to use Ley-Lines to stock up on them.
- Bosses – You can use your Resin to claim boss rewards, such as those from Regisvines or Hypostasis’. They provide some useful artifacts in the earlier levels, but also some much-needed character Ascension materials such as elemental fragments (I.E. Vayuda Turquoise Fragments for Anemo characters).
Next to Daily Commissions and Expeditions, spending your Resin each day will allow you to progress that much faster in the game. Even things such as Ley-Lines, which are arguably the fastest activity to use Resin on, can provide a lot of resources that you will most likely need down the line and these only take 5-10 minutes each day.
