During his time in detention, he met popular rapper XXXTentacion who was in for a robbery and gun charge. The two quickly became good friends and began to rap. 

Music Career:

Following his release, Ski Mask teamed up with XXXTentacion and the two formed the rap group called Very Rare which Ski Mask has tatted on his face.

Ski released their very first song titled Catch Me on SoundCloud in 2015 and garnered some online buzz because of his unique style and flow. 

Ski Mask then formed a new collective with Tentacion called Members Only which now includes other members like absentwill, Bass Santana, Kid Trunks, Flyboy Tarantino, Kin$oul, Danny Towers, SB, and many more.
